Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)

Hello Gorgeous Doctor Erica. I been busy haven't been making comments but always listening especially during my workout 🏋️♀️. June was amazing I was down 8 pounds in June. For July I am doing ADF and eating Whole Foods plant base already down 10 pounds in July and 4 inches it's crazy but I understand the science 🧬 and the healing. Monday to Friday I workout in the morning before work and twice a week I do strength training with my personal trainer I am 33 pounds from my goal weight the plan is 150 pounds currently 183 my last baby is 2 years old now so it been a long journey glad from 300 pounds to 183 it been a journey. I really enjoyed your accountability and I been drinking my gallon a water a day too. You're making a difference daily. Balancing getting this new degree family and everything it is nice to have this beautiful community

I started ADF 36 hours did it for a week and a half then went to 18 hour fast.. but i think I need to get back to 36 hours.. its easier comtroling what i eat that way

Our Local park had family fitness obstacle courses this morning and it was so fun. Our group won two of the three races and games. I personally came in 2nd doing the steep hill run🎉! I’m drinking this water 💦 and later just enjoying the rest of the day! Today’s Motivation: Trust in yourself that you can do all things through Christ who gives you strength 💞 Today’s Meal: Salad with impossible meat ,black beans, Sweet Potato and fruit bowl.

Day 26. I’m down 15.5 lbs😮🎉 Omad today. I feel better doing OMAD when I eat too late the previous day. I’m having some yummy chicken quesadillas, an apple, and Greek yogurt. I had a 30 min walk earlier, and I’ll do another 30 mins later today. 😊
