Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
impossible meat
1 taco mix packet
spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

Morning Beautiful Friend! It’s a hot day☀️I feel so much better today! Thank God for his faithfulness 🙌🏽to us! I completed my 6am amrap workout (40 min). I’m drinking this water💦. This month challenge is going well so far I’ve been consistent with the promise I made to myself. Later after I complete work I’ll do a dance aerobic eat my dinner and relax! Talk Tomorrow 💕
