I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

    Apple Pie Oatmeal:
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 medium apple
    powdered peanut butter
    cinnamon
    light brown sugar
    raw agave nectar or maple syrup
    Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
    Enjoy!!!

    Afternoon Beautiful Friend! Sis your looking strong and amazing 💪Today’s going well! I completed a lower body workout (45 min). I’m definitely drinking this gallon of water since I’m doing outdoor projects today. My berries in the backyard our ready to pick so I’m excited about that. Later I’ll do a little bike ride with the kids. And prep some more veggies and fruit for the remainder of the week. Talk tomorrow 💕
    Today’s Gratitude: Gods Love, Spending time with my kids, Strength and Movement🙏🏾💕
    Today’s Meal: Veggie Salad, Fruit bowl and vegan protein bar.

    Good morning! Ever since I got sick, I have not been consistent at all. I’m struggling to get back to my normal routine. This was a good message for me today. I tend to be an all or nothing thinker so if I can’t go hard or have a long workout, I subconsciously think it’s not worth it. Even though intellectually, I know every little bit helps and I’ll feel better regardless.
    I am grateful for my career success (by God’s good grace) and my family. I have an amazing husband and a teen who’s a really good kid.
    I try to make the world a better place by being kind daily. I haven’t felt like cooking lately because of the recovery and the heat, but I’m going to make a good healthy homemade meal tonight for my family. I’m also going to take my son shopping after work so he can pick out a Father’s Day gift for both his dad and his stepdad. Holy cow this month has flown by! Have a great day!

    Came back to comment on the video you linked. I have been thinking about changing my workout routine to a less intense workout routine and up the strength training with my daily walk routine. I am going to change things up and see how my body feels! Thank you for the video link!
