Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
impossible meat
1 taco mix packet
spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

Good morning Dr. Erika! I’m so touched that you are reminding me of the things I am doing right and lifting me up in prayer. You and this community have been such a blessing for me. I love the positive Godly spirit here!
I think I’m going to make me a breakfast burrito with a low-carb tortilla, scrambled eggs and reduce fat cheese. I’ve been craving a Caesar salad so I’ll make chicken in the air fryer to add to Romain lettuce, reduce fat cheese, and leave the croutons off. I will utilize bolt house Caesar dressing. If you like yogurt, it’s a great lower calorie dressing. I’ll either have that for lunch or dinner.
I am walking for 30 minutes today. I like to mix my entertainment up when exercising. Sometimes I watch TH-cam videos or listen to a podcast or try to find a sermon. Other times, I listen to music or put on an audiobook. my coworker told me about a library app called Libby. If you have a library card from any library, you register it with the app and you can check out audiobooks and digital books. It saved me money from buying audible books. I started a new book, so I’ll be listening to that when I walk today. Thank you again for lifting me up!

Carrie, cooking at home is already a huuuuge win. That’s probably one of my biggest challenges. A big plus of trying intermittent fasting is less cooking for me to do 😅🎉 lol

Morning Beautiful Friend! You look amazing! Today’s a great day! I did my 3yr weigh in and Sis I’m down 85lbs🎉! I’m so proud of myself! I completed my morning glute/ ab training (40min). Filling up my gallon jug to get this water in 💦! And later my husband and I are celebrating our 11yr anniversary💕We’re going on a hike this afternoon and dinner later! Talk Tomorrow 🌷

I am learning a lot from this channel. Thank you‼️So yesterday I had to wait on a technician to come check out the AC and I ended up by the grace of God just eating seeded watermelon and seeded grapes. I was so hot waiting and did NOT Want to cook. All things work together don’t they? so it felt like a ADF situation but God helped me go with the flow. Praying for Carrie………. Keep going sis God is watching. I’m just asking for prayer as I continue my journey. Teetering between getting a breast reduction or not. I kinda want to keep trying because when I lose weight I lose it in my breast as well. Also asking God to continue blessing my business as a Loctitian.
