    Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

    Apple Pie Oatmeal:
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 medium apple
    powdered peanut butter
    cinnamon
    light brown sugar
    raw agave nectar or maple syrup
    Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
    Enjoy!!!

    **(customize it to your liking)**
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    impossible meat
    1 taco mix packet
    spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

    Hello. It's a wonderful day! I fasted a little over 16 hours today and that felt great... went on a long walk this morning too. Bout to get out here and get these errands done with my water cup because it's definitely 🔥. ❤😊❤😊

    Good morning! I think it’s great you’re dabbling back into canning. I’ve never done that but my late grandmother used to and she enjoyed it.
    I started my breakfast focused on higher protein. I did 30 minutes of light exercise. My cooking will be focused around the air fryer and crockpot. Temps are in the 106-108 range and I’m not about to turn my oven on. lol I’m feeling good emotionally. I’ve stoped eating after 8pm each night. Have a great day!

    Morning Beautiful Friend! Yesterday was a great day! Sis my husband turned the whole weekend to a celebration I’m so sore from the hike and yesterday he woke me up early and said we’re doing a family walk up the trail. I’m hurting in places I didn’t know existed (LOL)! I definitely drank over a gallon of water it was hot 🔥. Later we had dinner at my mother n law’s house I’m proud I stuck to my goals when everyone was saying eat this and that. Nope I’m good over here!

    Yesterday Meal: Veggies, sweet potatoes , fruit and vegan chips. Your Food looks Delicious !

    Hey Friend! I don't know how time got a way from me!! I made a 2 mile walk in the blazing heat!! 🌞 OMAD!
    Canning is life!!!! Pickles, pineapples, jelly, veggies, etc. But my staples are beans---black beans and red beans. I don't buy those 2 at the store any more!!
