    Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

    Apple Pie Oatmeal:
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 medium apple
    powdered peanut butter
    cinnamon
    light brown sugar
    raw agave nectar or maple syrup
    Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
    Enjoy!!!

    1 can corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    impossible meat
    1 taco mix packet
    spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

    Hello 👋. 16 hr fast done.....first meal was a big salad. Did my workout and 25 of my body weight exercise before ending today's fast. Grateful for another day, self-care and being able to be a blessing to others. See ya'll tomorrow. 😊❤

    Morning Beautiful Friend! Happy Sunday 🙏🏾! Today’s a great day! No workouts to report. Im so sore from my weekend activities! I’m drinking this gallon of water 💦. Today I need to prep my fruit , veggies for the week and get some housework done. Then Sis I’m resting & relaxing and told the kids ya’ll having take out today (LOL ) Talk Tomorrow
    Daily Gratitude: Rest, Reset and Relax💕
    Today’s Meal: Veggie Salad, Soup, fruit bowl and vegan bar.
