Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

1 can diced tomatoes
impossible meat
1 taco mix packet
spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

Good morning friends! I got my cardio and strength training done this morning. I’m working on my first 40 ounces of water. I’m almost done. I’m over halfway to my step goal.
I woke up to a warm house this morning and found our AC is not working. It’s supposed to be between 110° to 114° for the next two weeks.. I don’t live in the desert. These are just record-breaking heat days.
I’m grateful that the AC company is supposed to come out this afternoon. I’m grateful I was able to go to Walmart this morning after my workout and get a roast pack with small potatoes and carrots to put in a crockpot. There’s no way I’m doing real cooking in this hot house. Lol ,I’m grateful that I have opportunities to work from home like today.

Morning Beautiful Friend! Today’s a sunny day☀️! I went on a 5 mile walk with my ankle weights on. Committed to drinking a gallon of water this month 💦. After I finish work I’m going to pick my blueberries and strawberries . Finally my apple tree is producing 🍏 so they should be ready to pick in a few weeks. Later I’ll do a little strength training at the park while my son plays and end the evening with my omad meal. Talk Tomorrow 💕
