    Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

    Apple Pie Oatmeal:
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 medium apple
    powdered peanut butter
    cinnamon
    light brown sugar
    raw agave nectar or maple syrup
    Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
    Enjoy!!!

    1 can diced tomatoes
    impossible meat
    1 taco mix packet
    spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

    Good morning! Since consistency has been where I needed to focus, I’m committing to write down my water, steps, workouts, and nutrition goals, and then checking them off each day. I am increasing my water and my workouts.

    Hey 👋🏾 😊.....Defy July! Im ready! Another food example to try if you're eating a salad but not daily then try daily or having a salad for one meal Monday thru Friday, if you're not already. Ttyt 😊

    Evening Beautiful Friend! Today’s a cold day! No workouts but I was busy remolding a few rooms. Water intake wasn’t the best it’s ok I’ll do better tomorrow! Did some fruit and veggies prep for the week. Finished my calendar and getting ready for July Defy! Talk Tomorrow 💕
    Today’s Motivation: Keep Trusting Yourself to not Give Up💕
    Today’s Meal: Haddock, Veggie Salad and fruit bowl.

    Hey Friend! Skating thru by the skin of my teeth! I was Uber Mom for activities today!
    Got my 2 mile walk in in the rain!
    June challenge complete! The journaling was a total success!!
