Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

1 can diced tomatoes

Good morning! I’m getting in 80 oz of water today. I won’t eat after 8pm. I’m tracking my food on WW. Tonight I’ll make pork chops in the air fryer with a sprits of avocado spray and some seasonings. My family loves those, but I’m not into pork chops. So I’ll make myself an egg salad sandwich or something light like that. Have a great day!

Morning Beautiful Friend! Amen Decrease the Friction🙌🏽! Today’s a busy day but I’m feeling good! Completed my 5am glute/ab training ( 30 min). Drinking this gallon of water 💦. The weather is beautiful ☀️today so you know I’m going on a 5 mile walk later! Then end the evening working on the calendar for next month challenge. Talk Tomorrow 💕

Good morning. Its almost time for "Defy July"!!!!! Im planning some goals around fasting, food and trying something for stress reduction or personal enrichment. Watching todays vlog and walking in place to get these steps. Workout was upper body today. Working on my water and getting ready to do some errands. Feeling great! Ttyt 😊❤😊

Breaking my fast at 21 hours today. I usually have a spring mix salad with a protein and a side or two of veggies and some fruit. I keep my lunches the same because it’s easy. I just switch up the fruits, veggies, to get some variety. 😊
