Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

1 can diced tomatoes

1 taco mix packet

Omad today. I feel better doing OMAD when I eat too late the previous day.
I’m having some yummy chicken quesadillas, an apple, and Greek yogurt. I had a 30 min walk earlier, and I’ll do another 30 mins later today. 😊
