    Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

    Apple Pie Oatmeal:
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 medium apple
    powdered peanut butter
    cinnamon
    light brown sugar
    raw agave nectar or maple syrup
    Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
    Enjoy!!!

    1 can diced tomatoes
    impossible meat
    1 taco mix packet
    spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

    Day 26. I’m down 15.5 lbs😮🎉
    Omad today. I feel better doing OMAD when I eat too late the previous day.
    I’m having some yummy chicken quesadillas, an apple, and Greek yogurt. I had a 30 min walk earlier, and I’ll do another 30 mins later today. 😊

    Hey Friend!!! Went for morning walk and did step routine!
    The temperature here is set on fire 🔥!! It's scorching! 😂😂😂 Water is a must!
    OMAD today! Veggie burger for dinner! Along with some pickled asparagus!!! Try it!!! It didn't disappoint!
    I track what I'm doing in my wellness journal! I'm really maintaining it! 😀😀

    Morning Beautiful Friend! Happy Friday 🎉Sis you’re looking strong 💪🏽! I’m so tired today but I got myself up and completed my 30 min Tabata Workout. I’m drinking this water💦 finishing up some work and later I’ll go on a walk. Yes I use a calendar to write my meals and daily goals! Talk tomorrow 💕

    Today’s Meal: Veggie Zucchini Salad with impossible meat, sweet potato and fruit bowl.

    Hello. Thank God for another Friday! Halfway to my water goal for the day, fasted 16hrs and got my workout done. The weather: It's hot 🥵. Yes, keeping track of my July goals on a notepad, checklist style. Mood: calm 😊❤.....ttyt
