Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

1 can diced tomatoes

1 taco mix packet
spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

Hello Gorgeous Doctor Erica. I been busy haven't been making comments but always listening especially during my workout 🏋️♀️. June was amazing I was down 8 pounds in June. For July I am doing ADF and eating Whole Foods plant base already down 10 pounds in July and 4 inches it's crazy but I understand the science 🧬 and the healing. Monday to Friday I workout in the morning before work and twice a week I do strength training with my personal trainer I am 33 pounds from my goal weight the plan is 150 pounds currently 183 my last baby is 2 years old now so it been a long journey glad from 300 pounds to 183 it been a journey. I really enjoyed your accountability and I been drinking my gallon a water a day too. You're making a difference daily. Balancing getting this new degree family and everything it is nice to have this beautiful community

Morning Beautiful Friend! Today my heart is heavy ! Church message was a huge blessing to me! I refused to sit around and feeling down. Like you always say it’s already worked itself out🙌🏽! So I got up wiped my tears and went across town and walked the trails through the woods for 2 hrs! I feel so much better🙏🏾Talk Tomorrow 💕
