    Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

    Apple Pie Oatmeal:
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 medium apple
    powdered peanut butter
    cinnamon
    light brown sugar
    raw agave nectar or maple syrup
    Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
    Enjoy!!!
    Taco Soup
    **(customize it to your liking)**
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    impossible meat
    1 taco mix packet
    spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

    Afternoon Beautiful Friend! Nephew I’m so proud of you in your swimming 🏊🏽‍♂️! My son loves the jump park! Today is busy but great day! I’m still a little tired I pushed through and completed my 5am full body workout (40 min). I’m slowly getting this gallon of water in💦. The weather is finally not scorching hot so I’m planning to go on a 5 mile walk later and have my omad meal. Talk Tomorrow 💕

      Thanks sweet friend!!! I’m trying to tell them!!! WATER!!! I’ve been trying to get more (random) resistance in during work. I have my resistance bands there and I’ll do squats and wall pushups. It all adds up ❤️

    Hey Friend!!! You getting it in!!! I started my day off with a 2 mile walk with the weighted vest! Then later followed up with a step aerobic routine for 45 minutes!
    OMAD today! Red beans and rice and sautéed cabbage!
    Grateful for getting my son successfully off to his first day on summer job!!! 🎉🎉 Whew lawd!!!

    Marched in place 30 min today bc couldn't make it to gym. I did 2 days of meal prep. (Turkey sausage, peppers onion and brocolli and stuffed mushrooms) hitting the gym in the morning for sure!
