    Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

    Apple Pie Oatmeal:
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 medium apple
    powdered peanut butter
    cinnamon
    light brown sugar
    raw agave nectar or maple syrup
    Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
    Enjoy!!!
    Taco Soup
    **(customize it to your liking)**
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    impossible meat
    1 taco mix packet
    spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

    Hello! I have struggled with my weight nearly my whole life. I had a coworker who liked doing half marathons. I decided I would sign up and do at least one half marathon (13.1 miles). I am not a runner because I’m afraid of what it will do to my knees. I trained by walking. I finished my first event and got addicted. I have completed five half marathons. I start training 12 weeks in advance. I haven’t done one in a few years and that is one of my goals for next year, to complete one doing the run walk and not just walk the whole way. Unless you have a physical disability that prevents you from completing one, I can tell you anyone can do it. Like you always say if you make up your mind to do something, you can do it. The reason why it’s so much fun is because the event itself is so motivating and everybody’s there cheering you on and holding signs. I never thought I could be into something like that but once you experience it, it’s something different.

    One of my best days was when I walk-jogged to the beach from my Nan and Grandads cottage. It was a lovely day and felt so free. I really want to relive that day.

    Did one hour on treadmill. Watching calories today. Proud of myself. Took my kids to a buffet restaurant they wanted to try and I did not eat there. ❤

    Afternoon Beautiful Friend! Today’s a going well so far! Completed my 5am back/ab workout (30 min). I need to drink this water 💦 . I’ve already this week started my July Challenge with cutting sugar until Saturday and being consistent with my Whole Foods ( fruit veggies)! I pumped myself up and said let’s get it let’s go! I’ll end the evening doing a cardio dance. Talk Tomorrow 💕

    I’m still trying to figure out what my July challenge will be.
    Today marks the start of week three of IF and walking and I’m down 11 lbs. my clothes is fitting me so much better, I actually enjoyed trying on clothes when I went shopping a few days ago. 👏🏽🎉

    Hey Friend! You out here getting it in! I did my morning 2 mile walk with the weighted vest; around lunch I did a 45 minute HipHop step routine! Whew lawd! My 100 abs 👙 👙!
    Fasting today!!! No food! Water is going well! May finish the evening with some tea!
    Gratitude for feeling good thru this day! Taking it easy for the rest of the day!!!

    Wow!! Just got 1 mile in walking in place watching this video! Thank you so much for the tip Dr. Erica!! I’ve been dry fasting so I wasn’t walking as much and this was the perfect way to reintroduce myself to my daily exercise I do when eating.
    Been eating my watermelon to rehydrate today and I’m so glad to be part of the fit fasting family❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
