Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes

1 taco mix packet
spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

Small challenges and changes work better for me! I have done or tried to do harder challenges and I just get turned off quickly so that is the number one reason I stay with short easy but challenging challenges

Good morning! I’m attending college orientation with my daughter. I prepared and bought the meals I broke fast with from home and it feels so good. My new favorite salad consists of chopped cauliflower, carrots, red onions, purple cabbage, red peppers, chick peas, avocado and a homemade vinaigrette dressing. Normally, I would’ve had French fries and a burger 😅

I am intermittent fasting today and now breaking my fast with and XL avocado, a mix of raisins, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews and sunflower seeds with a side of watermelon 😋

I get in between 16,000 and 19,000 steps a day because I’m very active at work so movement isn’t the issue it’s fasting. I can’t seem to 8 hours or 15 hours without food
