    Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

    Apple Pie Oatmeal:
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 medium apple
    powdered peanut butter
    cinnamon
    light brown sugar
    raw agave nectar or maple syrup
    Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
    Enjoy!!!

    1 can corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    impossible meat
    1 taco mix packet
    spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

    Day 4: I broke my fast at 18 hours. I had a salad, then a protein shake because I was still feeling hungry. And I’ll go for a walk later today.
    I worked on my meal plan for next week and a grocery list. I’m feeling ready and prepared for next week. 💪🏽

    I’m following WW. Back in the day when they mostly had in-person meetings, people would talk about the “Wendy Plan” for when you were in a plateau. Instead of having your daily points, you would go higher one day and lower the next without going over all the points you were allowed during the week. It keeps your body guessing. It sounds like the same idea of mixing up your calorie count. Have a great day!

      Hey sweet friend!!! That’s exactly what it is. They say it’s good for your metabolism. I love OMAD (fasting) but I enjoy ADF for the flexibility and to keep my body guessing. That’s the beauty in having health and fitness as a lifestyle. It’s no end date and you can just change it up when necessary ❤️

    Having my grocery list and meal plan ready.
    A hubby that’s agreed to get healthy with me
    Beautiful weather to walk outside.
