Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!
Taco Soup
**(customize it to your liking)**
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
impossible meat
1 taco mix packet
spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

Afternoon Beautiful Friend! Today’s a great day! I completed my lower body workout (45 min). My legs feel like jello after that workout( lol)! I’m drinking this gallon of water 💦. This afternoon my neighbor invited me to go fruit and vegetable shopping this traveling market is in town so I’m excited to get some more produce. Then later we’re going o a 3 mile walk. Talk tomorrow 💕

Hey Friend! Today is todaying!!! Got a weighted vest 2 mile walk in around lunch time! It's hot out and I love it! Walked to and from my daughter's dance class! Can't wait to check my lil step count! We shall see! I'm gonna struggle thru these pushups and ab work 👙 👙! Once I sit down...that's it! 😂😂

Good morning! Day 17 and I’m noticing that my face is looking smaller and I can see more of my neck 😅 🙌🏽
I think for my July challenge I’m going to challenge myself to getting at least 1,500 steps before I leave for work in the morning. I usually get less than 1000 now. I might have to start packing my lunch in the evening so I have time for the extra steps in the a.m.

Traveling....not sure how well I am.going to do with thr calories but I'm logging everything. Also brought my gym clothes to workout at the hotel to try and offset some of the calories 😐
