Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
impossible meat
1 taco mix packet
spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

Good morning and happy hump day! Im glad I had a break at work to come catch-up with you. You already know what I'm doing....yes, walking-in-place 😁 and looking at the vlog. Im grateful you got your tire situation handled. God is good all the time. He covers us beyond what we realize! We got a passing rain shower earlier so it's cloudy out right now. Fasted 16hrs and had a boiled egg, coffee, and bagel; later on I'll have a big salad. Ttyt 😊❤
