    Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

    Apple Pie Oatmeal:
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 medium apple
    powdered peanut butter
    cinnamon
    light brown sugar
    raw agave nectar or maple syrup
    Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
    Enjoy!!!

    Hey Friend!!!! I hope everyone is enjoying their day off!!!
    Went on an 8 mile bike ride this morning! It was amazing and exhausting!
    OMADing today!!! All I know is---veggie hotdogs are on the menu! I'm moving my the spirit with the rest! 😂😂😂 Oh yeah...and watermelon!

    Good morning....got my workout in, had some fruit and nuts for the first meal. Rest of the day will be gettimg in water and steps.....going to a cookout later and watching fireworks 🎆. Be safe and enjoy your day everyone.....😊🎉

    Just found u. I've been doing IF for about 3 months 10 am to 6pm or 9am to 5pm is my eating window. I need to get back to my exercise routine. I like walking in my neighborhood but the tx. heat has hamper that. I look forward to the accountability.

    Happy 4th of July let's go ! DAY 239 of my weight loss journey ! Completed 55 minutes on my Walking Pad this morning at 2.7 speed for 2.4 Miles ! We having a heatwave in Cali, triple digits for days ! My weight is back and forth , still moving forward always !

    Morning Beautiful Friend! Happy July 4t🇺🇸💙! It’s a rainy day 🌧️. I completed my morning shoulder/ glute workout (45 min). Drinking this gallon of water 💦. Finishing up a few small task in the house and washing these berries I picked yesterday. If it stops raining I’ll go on a 3 mile walk or do a quick indoor aerobic exercise . Then end the night watch the fireworks with the kids💥! Talk Tomorrow 💕
    Daily Motivation: Thank God for continuous strength on this health/wellness journey💞
    Today’s Meal: Veggie Salad with Vegan patty’s and Fruit Bowl.

    Hey sis! Thanks again for inspiring us to show up for ourselves. Girl I dun finally jogged 2 miles without stopping. By the end of the month I’m gonna shoot for jogging 3 miles straight 😊 definitely defying July because I remember when 1 was a struggle.

    On vacation but I walked the entire resort property this morning and did water aerobics in the pool for about and hour!

    DAY 81
    Day 4 July Challenge
    Just finished my strength training 🥴! Got it done!
    I am at my son’s and everyone went to the parade! I said I am staying I have things to do! 👊👊👊👊😉😉😉😉
    I weigh and measure every Saturday because I journal it for my records

    I started ADF 36 hours did it for a week and a half then went to 18 hour fast.. but i think I need to get back to 36 hours.. its easier comtroling what i eat that way
