Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
impossible meat
1 taco mix packet
spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

I completely understand!!!! Listen…that’s why I have to really be mindful/place some kind of system in place for myself. I go in and out of “sweets on Sunday only” so I won’t feel deprived but also don’t go overboard ❤️

Happy First Day of Summer June 20th ! Im back on track Dr. Erika and Chat , thank the Lord ! time to get on my Walking pad this morning to complete my two miles, this is my Day 225 ! I am VERY happy with the scale this morning - it is back to my 30 lbs weight loss yaaaay ! I added some black beans to my evening protein shake yesterday and I think the added fiber and a great night's sleep helped to move the scale back in my desired direction. Have a great healthy fun weekend everyone and God Bless always !

Morning Beautiful Friend! Happy Summer Time ☀️! Today’s a great day! I’m so sore from yesterday pickle ball game ! Yes my team won!!🎉 I completed my upper body workout 🏋🏽♀️(40 min) The rest of the day is mild so I’m just going to let the kids play in the water while I relax on the patio😎Later this evening I’ll go on my 3 mile walk eat my omad meal. Talk tomorrow 💕

Day 10 of IF and walking. I’m down 8.8 lbs. 🎉
I’ve been getting in at least 10k steps a day since I started which is a huge increase from the 2.5- 3k I was averaging before… I feel it’s stressing out my knees, so instead of pushing for the step count I’m just going to aim for 45 mins exercise everyday.

Hey friend. I haven’t commented in a while but I finally did a 5K with one of my friends this past weekend. I realized that I was doing more of a IF instead of OMAD because of my schedule. I was making meals and allowing myself 4 to 5 hours to complete them. Also my waist line is coming DOWN. I’m excited. Still haven’t stepped on that scale though. Thank you for all that you do on your channel.

I took a vacation day today but something came up at work yesterday evening and so I’ve had to work from home all morning. Now I’m getting ready to do housework, so that’ll get me moving. Great video!
