    Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

    Apple Pie Oatmeal:
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c rolled oats
    1 medium apple
    powdered peanut butter
    cinnamon
    light brown sugar
    raw agave nectar or maple syrup
    Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
    Enjoy!!!

    **(customize it to your liking)**
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    impossible meat
    1 taco mix packet
    spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

    Good morning. 16 hour fast done. Completed a lower body workout at the gym. It's hot here too so, I'm on my water game like it's my job 😁. Grateful for another day, having a strong body and your example on this channel. I appreciate that you show us your food; it has helped me make better food choices day to day. ❤😊

    Hey Friend! You gonna have to fill me in on this weighted vest situation!!! I see you out here! 👀 I did a 60 minute Xtreme Hip Hop Aerobic class this am. Planning to fast today! No food! Send the 🙏🏾 up!! Will complete my pushups before the day ends and that ab 👙 work!

    Morning Beautiful Friend! I’m exhausted but I choose to make today a great day! I got up and completed my 5am full body strength workout (39 min). Filled my gallon of water jug💦. I have a busy day getting the house back together after company. And later buying a few things for my son’s birthday tomorrow and meal prep food. Today’s a Sunny ☀️ Day hopefully after everything I’m not too tired I would love to go on a 3 or 5 mile walk this evening. Talk Tomorrow 💕
    I love that show breaks my heart they’re divorcing.

    Day 7.
    Im still trying to figure out how long I want to fast. I’m at 21 hours right now and feeling great. I’ve been drinking water and walking in place whenever I can while at work. I’ll go on a walk later tonight. 😊

    Hello, I fast 20hrs daily. My treadmill broke so I’m intentionally getting my steps by blasting my music and walking/running in place. I hit 18089 Steps yesterday. My daily goal is 10K.
