Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 3 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

Day 9. I think I’m settling on 20:4. I’ve been walking everyday except on Sunday. I can’t believe how much better I feel already. My clothes fits better, my legs feel stronger…. Just from walking and IF 💪🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Haven't been to the gym since Saturday. My daughter has had a ton of basketball games. I have been tracking my food and did March in place yesterday for 30 min. Yesterday. Tomorrow I will try to gather some gym time in.
Good morning! I got to be honest I’ve been in a rut. I’ve been cooking more at home and making better decisions, but I haven’t been following my WW plans strictly like I want to. I haven’t been out to do my workouts in the morning. Some of it related to medical stuff but a lot of it is just me being lazy. I will ask for a prayer for consistency because I’m not in it at the moment. Thank you for continuing to do these inspirational, motivational, and caring videos. I enjoy following your videos!

Morning Beautiful Friend and Community! I pray everyone will have an amazing day 💕It’s another hot one ☀️. I completed my 5am lower body workout (40 min). I use weighted vest sometimes during strength training exercises. I’m slowly drinking this gallon of water 💦 , I need to cut some fruit and vegetables to make a salad. After I finish my work for the day I’m going this evening to play indoor pickle ball with a few neighbors. Talk Tomorrow 💕
