Did use tapping and cupping on my husband recently during a respiratory illness .He really did like it.Have used tapping on self on several occasions and it is helpful with comfort of lungs.Thank you for being so mindful of breathing techniques and incorporating them into exercising.

Greetings my Dear, from England. I am a 63 year old male, not unfit. Decided to make changes in my life instead of slowly killing myself. Started intermittent fasting last week and came across an article on these bands. Watched many videos on how to use these, but even the ones focused on seniors like my scared the life out of me. Yours is the only one which inspired me to believe I could do that. I have just ordered similar bands to the ones you are using. Will follow your exercises when they arrive. God bless. John
