I have chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy that has affected my balance and causes my feet to feel numb - most exercises are painful and uncomfortable. I am the director of a senior citizen day program. Since we have been on lock down for four months now I have come up with a way to keep my clients engaged. I offer six one hour virtual programs a week and of course that had to include a short exercise program. I've gone thru many different ones.....most that call themselves chair programs really are not....You are expected to stand against a wall or get down on the floor. My folks just can't do that. So, when we found this program all our boxes were checked. We now watch only this video....Everyone is participating in the exercises and we are happy. Thanks you soooooo much.

Wow, after having many months of Covid-19 mandated stay-at-home orders plus emergency shut-down at my part-time place of employment, it was hard for me to stay motivated. I am age 65 with health issues which slow me down, desperate for needed exercise and a more positive mindset. I found this video to get back on track. What a life-saver! Perfect starter for me. I am trying to work my way back and gain some strength and stamina after a really sedentary period while I was trying to recover from surgery for breast cancer and to slow me down I also had knee replacement surgery. I LOVE your exercises that I can do while seated to give my poor knees a break. Even in my bunged up state I can do them. I added them to my favorites so I can pull this up (I'm thinking morning and evening) and exercise along with you. Thank you.

The instructor seems great and I like the exercises, but she goes waaaay too fast, imho. Adding 2 or 3 minutes on to the video time and allowing more time would make for a great senior workout.

Click the little "settings" wheel along the bottom of the video screen, then click "speed", then select 0.75 or 0.5. The video will play slower :)
