  • Rec therapist Jill Leger leads a short seated tap dance routine. Learn the simple steps and then set the whole thing to music! This lesson is ideal for helping older adults and others facing physical challenges maintain balance and coordination in a fun and different way. Stay tuned to this channel for longer routines!

    GOALS: To maintain and improve balance and coordination

    Very good really very good though it was 10:30 pm Saturday in New Zealand
    And I was in bed but I will do this later ....And thank you very much....choice
