Chair Yoga: Gentle Leg Movements

  • Registered Yoga Teacher Sue Lynn Chong leads us in chair yoga! In this short video, she instructs us in seated leg stretches using a yoga strap (but you can use a belt, tie, theraband or any item at least six feet long). This gentle routine will help maintain range of motion and flexibility, and also promotes a sense of relaxation and well-being. Take a nice deep breath and join us!
