Recreation Therapist Jill Leger breaks down the components of the Single Time Step (Traditional) combining the step with a few other moves to create a short, fun tap routine. This is a terrific way for older adults and others who facing physical challenges to get a gentle workout. As always, please consult with your doctor before doing any kind of exercise.
