  • Rec therapist Angela Lam leads vierwers through a short exercise routine using therabands. Regular theraband exercise can maintain muscle mass, increase circulation and improve range of motion. Caregivers: Please be sure to consult with a physician before implementing this program with any older adult.
    Goals:
    To help maintain muscle mass
    To help increase strength
    To help increase blood flow
    To improve range of motion
    To improve overall wellness via physical activity

    İts a great excise ,for every body especially when we are lock down in doors ,its good for seniors and every age

    Thank you Angela. I have been looking for some simple upper body exercises for my rehab. elderly patient. These will work great in a wheelchair. :)

    Greetings my Dear, from England. I am a 63 year old male, not unfit. Decided to make changes in my life instead of slowly killing myself. Started intermittent fasting last week and came across an article on these bands. Watched many videos on how to use these, but even the ones focused on seniors like my scared the life out of me.
    Yours is the only one which inspired me to believe I could do that.
    I have just ordered similar bands to the ones you are using. Will follow your exercises when they arrive.

    Are the colours and related values universal? Is every red band 2.5lb etc

    The leg exercises stretches the sciatic nerve as feet are in dorsiflexion

    I just got the yellow one for my mom and when I opened the box it’s huge. It very long. Do I have to cut it?

      Hi, there--You don't want it to be too short. Five feet or so should be about right for most people. :) Thank you for watching!

    I like the workout, but find the shoes worn inappropriate and unprofessional
