  • Stuck in self-isolation? So are we! But you can still get a new 30-minute yoga workout thanks to Registered Yoga Teacher Sue Lynn Chong. This video is a relaxing and comprehensive 30-minute warm-up and gentle routine, a relaxing way to get the blood flowing and maintain range of motion. This video can also be used as a way to help decrease stress and promote overall well-being through deep breathing and relaxation.     This one is really worth the time. Polishing routine and leg strengthening is especially helpful.
