  • A 30-minute seated cardio workout designed to help anyone with balance or mobility issues improve or maintain their range of motion and cardio fitness. Includes a warm up and cool down.
    Please consult with a doctor before doing any kind of exercise. Caregivers, please do not use this video with an elderly person without consulting that person's doctor.

    Did use tapping and cupping on my husband recently during a respiratory illness .He really did like it.Have used tapping on self on several occasions and it is helpful with comfort of lungs.Thank you for being so mindful of breathing techniques and incorporating them into exercising.

    I now am exercising about 6 days a week.I love your Sunflower site.I can do the exercises that meet my goal and can tolerate each day.I am practicing with 3 different teachers and just feel better after exercising.I no longer dread exercising,find myself smiling and feeling better.😊

    Thank you so much for this video! I was on bed rest for 3 weeks and my heart rate isn't the same anymore. I'm hoping that this workout will help me recondition my heart back to normal.

    great variation of exercises...since covid I haven't been able to go to my regular exercise programs..so finding this channel was a blessing to get my body moving and being able to work on a chair as I am unable to stand for long periods of time..and these are great for any age!!

    Thanks for posting this. I usually walk for exercise, but have Achilles tendonitis now and have to limit walking to essential errands for at least a couple weeks.
