  • Registered Yoga Teacher Sue Lynn Chong leads us in chair yoga! This short video uses mindful mobility to promote leg and ankle wellness through gentle and relaxing yoga stretches and exercises using a yoga band and a second chair. These moves are designed to help improve circulation and maintain range of motion. This video can also be used as a way to help decrease stress and promote overall well-being through deep breathing and relaxation.
