I have been looking and looking for user friendly exercises for so long now. Exercises that dont include high pitched annoying chatter that goes on and on and on and also exercises with someone that I can relate to. I have found this with your exercises. You have a very relaxing voice to listen to and your exercises are wonderful. I thank you so very much for making these exercise clips. I'd almost given up until I found yours. Thank you xo

This was a wonderful set of chair exercises to do after I'd done some seated strength training and the upper body workout. I was worried about doing the standing parts; Liza made it comfortable enough and steady enough with her directions. I did it all!
I like the way it varies from sitting to standing and back to sitting. Makes activation of every muscle more used, with warm up and cool down all in one set. Great and hope you do some DVD's in the future ~ hope to see them on Amazon ; ) Let us watcher know if you do make t them, because I will buy a copy no problem. The "Non-Lazy Liza Exercises" it could be called. Great and will be tuning in on this video often now I have seen and done it. My GP and specialist think it is a great idea for me. Thanks.
