- Stuck in self-isolation? So are we! But we can still get a Gentle Summer Yoga Workout from the safety of our chair thanks to Registered Yoga Teacher Sue Lynn Chong. This video is a relaxing and comprehensive warm-up and gentle routine and a relaxing way to get the blood flowing and maintain range of motion. This video can also be used as a way to help decrease stress and promote overall well-being through deep breathing and relaxation.
