      Yes however I would typically recommend keeping it dynamic and not a static stretch

    Are you really able to reach the psoas with this roll or are you just hitting other hip flexor muscles near it? From what I understand, the psoas is a pretty deep muscle thats difficult to specifically target with SMR.

    Best £10 I've ever spent. Instant releif from chronic pain. Don't get me wrong I had to change my habits and keep up with my stretching and foam rolling, but I can honestly say I've never head such terrible pain in my knees and anckles since I bought this thing.

    I’ve had this pain for over a year now. Went to local chiro who did a fancy picture test that showed my hips were mi aligned. He never even once adjusted the SI. Think Imma find a different chiropractor
