  • Hip and Low Back Pain can often be caused by a tight psoas muscle.
    This muscle becomes taut with long term flexion of the hip and spine, often due to sitting or repetitive use.
    This standing hip flexor stretch is a great way to relieve tight muscles, open the iliospoas muscle and relieve pain and tension in the low back.
    Many of the principles in this video were learned from Foundation Training and modified through experience.

    It is a great exercise to stretch, to strengthen of psoas, and to improve the balance. 👍
