    Most often knee pain occurs from overstriding. I show you how to train to make sure your foot is landing under your hip.
    Another cause is the knee collapsing in from either an imbalance or restriction in the hip, or foot, or weak stabilizing muscles which make it hard for the knee to track properly.
    Another common cause is when the hamstrings become weak and the quads / thigh muscles become tight it will pull on the knee.
    I show you how to strengthen the large muscle groups on the back of the body and how to stretch and roll out your quads to prevent pulling on your knee.
