  • How do you strengthen and get rid of foot pain after an injury?
    When runners have an injury to the mid arch of the foot the foot will lose its strength and start to create compensation patterns that create rigidity to the muscles and joints.
    In this video I show you how to improve the mobility of the foot joints.
    Strengthen the arch of the foot and start to integrate the chains of muscles that go from the big toe, arch all the way to the hips.
    Runners can use this to rehab foot injuries to get back to running.
    If you have big toe pain, plantar fasciitis, or arch pain this will help you to improve the cause of the pain and make sure it doesn't come back.
