    This Standing "Child's Pose" stretch is a great way to open up the low back, decompress the spine, and relieve low back pain.
    How this is an upgrade from a typical Child's Pose on the ground is that you can integrate the entire posterior chain (back side of muscles), by incorporating the hip hinge and elongating the glutes, hamstrings, and calfs.
