    This felt great to help prevent neck pain. I had neck pain and lower headaches for a while and found a great gentle chiropractor for neck adjustments. But when he got sick, I saw his substitutes and it got worse. The final neck adjustment tore my carotid neck artery and I had a stroke....needless to say my family won't support me going to any Chiropractor 😅 but these videos have been great in helping me prevent/release tightness all over, thank-you! Hoping to find one on releasing the QL?!

You gotta stop watching porn, cursing, smoking, having sex before marriage, practicing homosexuality, smoking weed, vaping, getting drunk, dressing immodest, showing off your body, lying, and stealing these are some sins that will send vou guys to Hell turn to Jesus Christ and let Him save you before its too late. Get baptized, start reading the Bible, and praying. Start a relationship with Jesus Christ because He's coming back soon and make sure vou know for sure vou would spend eternity with Him and that your not going to Hell by living in sin, we need to start living Holy.

    Great video. Sometimes after having bad posture (neck forward and shoulders rotated forward) I get headaches that start at the back of my neck where it meets the skull. What exercise would you say targets that most effectively?
