Westerners have a hard time "getting" the humor that is Mineta. The Japanese love visual, absurdist, slapstick comedy, and what better excuse for visual gags than to have a pervert get his comeuppance? Happened all the time in Dragon Ball with Master Roshi. You can dislike a character, but understanding why they're written that way to grasp regional and personal writing choices is something that creative minds should strive to do. Personally, I love MIneta, I think he's hilarious, and constantly gets whats coming to him, at moments where tenseness needs to be undercut a little to balance out the writing.

10:38 see, I feel that this is what Coach Ukai meant last episode, they were so focused on him being this secret card, one trick within a short amount of time, that he didn't have a chance to take things slow, learn the basics, watch from the side lines and all that. 11:23 I don't know about the sleeping arrangements, but I doubt they have a lot of extra food, and even if they did they were meant for the invited players (we don't know if they had to pay for expenses or not) as for sleeping, again it may be different in Japan, especially in rural areas, but where I'm from there is a whole process to let underage students sleep elsewhere (you now know how far it is) and whith adults that aren't even from your own school at that. 11:49 Ushiwaka was voicing what his coach is thinking, it's just that for some reason if we understand Ushiwaka we tend to be more forgiving, or try to understand his thinking, than with the coach 21:21 wow, really? that's strange, I always saw it as endearing that he doesn't like to think badly of people even in his head 22:39 right before he said Ushiwaka is a monster too, so he was wondering if he'll get mad if he asked if he was worried of his own kind 25:22 this is something that isn't comletly explained until something that happens much later in the manga, it's crazy how well thought out it is

I was there at the first episode, and even though I haven't been able to come by to watch this season due to busy work and school, I at least had to make it for the end. It was a good journey, and while I know there's still the Nekoma movie and the wait on the last movie, I will say that I'll miss the series. I'll have to go back and binge watch it some day, re-watch your journey in the series and all that. I know this is still only the beginning of your channel, and I look forward to seeing what else you happen to watch. Keep up the good work!

I have a LOT to say. I started watching your videos just because of Haikyuu, because I love the series. But at some point in season 1 I started seeing bc I loved your reactions, the way you match Haikyuu's energy in such a natural way, your understanding of the characters, the way you don't hate anyone. I usually don't understand people that hate someone in Haikyuu... Did they see the series with their eyes closed? The next Haikyuu video might be the last Haikyuu day for a while, there are rumors of a 5th season, and we have one movie left (It's the dumpster battle and another one), but yeah, that's all haikyuu for now... I'm staying here tho, I love your reactions and opinions, and I'm also staying bc you gave me motivaton to be best... to do things better... Haikyuu really gave me hopes, but you gave me the strengt to take that one step to start. Who would've guessed that an anime about a bunch of boys that love volleyball would mean so much? I know adult life sometimes is a bit too much, but have you considered reading the manga? The adaptation is really good, but there are a lot of things and details that get lost. Most of the time we say in comments what didn't get animated but is still part of the manga. For the last part of the video, YES!! The music that was played instead of the ending was Believer, the first opening in season 1. Now that you finished Haikyuu I'll finally have time to check your other reactions, AoT specially, maybe I'll check MHA too, I dropped it a long time ago... but watching it again with you will be interesting. And last but not least, have you considered watching Dandadan?👀

Not sure if you realized but Hinata & Kageyama winning by blocking a freak quick back attack is exactly what Oikawa did to them for Karasuno to lose the first tournament to Seijo.

almost like everyday im like "huh i wonder with the white boy on yt seen the new movie" to only realize you arent there yet LMAO so excited for you to see the movie but well the movie isnt the end of haikyuu, not even the end of the haikyuu anime. As your probably already know, the manga follows them to adulthood, but there are two upcoming movies for haikyuu. Butttt even with that being said.. if you REALLY like haikyuu youve GOT to read the manga, starting from chapter 293. Nobody has much faith in the movies because of how much content they have to cover in so little time, and even though the dumpster battle movie was amazing it still wasnt as good as the manga. On top of that the two other movies are most likely going to take like 4 years to make. EVEN MORE on top of all that, the manga is just SOOOOO good. Like youd be genuinely surprised its not that hard to follow through with the volleyball game play, and in my opinion, haikyuu was made to be a manga. ALSO you can read it for free online too lol

I don't like Salo's dialogue after the crash, so out of touch and entitled way of thinking "how many more councilors have to be blown to piece before u wake up?" well, how many more undercity people, kids even have to die before the councilor decides to act to help them or stop dehumanizing them? that if they mattered to them at all. I just find it infuriating that now that it happened to them they want war but when the undercity people are retaliating against the uppercity's abuse they're evil, animals and subhumans. crazy. had to get this off my chest lmfao

20:44 kita’s genius speech is one of my favorite parts of the season, that or the last point - the wonder duo being the ones to show the twins that move and then being the ones to stop it is peak! and then kita watching the ball hit the floor… these last three episodes are amazing!!!

Now please go ahead and read the manga. As good as the anime is, it doesn't do the manga justice plus we most likely won't see the entire story animated.
