Fun part about this episode for manga readers is it was mostly new for us too. They adapted essentially 1.5 pages of the manga and the rest of the episode was anime original. I enjoyed the added character interactions.
Also the way Tanjiro describes fighting an Upper Moon is crazy similar to how Hinata describes how he does his spiking in volleyball.
