    I thought you had to learn how to move so that you don't have pain. How do I paint (train) my brain for my shoulder pain? Yes, you teach kids not to touch a hot stove. They feel the heat and then react.

      A reason you might have pain is because you cannot feel well. You'd go through the same steps in this video to test and manage any inaccurate sensation of the shoulder. When we've tested you in the studio, you haven't noticed any poor sensation.
