    About Shane:
    Shane is the owner of MATRIX. His unorthodox background gives him a broad perspective on creating efficient, lasting change through exercise and sometimes unconventional drills. He has years of hands-on experience as a personal trainer. He is also a biomechanics expert (a fancy word for the physics of human movement) who has spent years analyzing the effects of stress and exercise on our soldiers. In recent years, he has integrated neurology and eastern wellness principles into his training. This dynamic, well-rounded approach is all geared toward getting lasting change for his clients in an efficient, sustainable way. His certifications include:
