Zeb Wells is desperately trying to separate MJ from Peter and by achieving this he literally does not appear in the story, as if his existence had been erased, I take away the most attractive and important part of the character, that part that made us all get attached to the character. In conclusion, Zeb Wells achieved his goal, now his self insert is going to be in a relationship with MJ without any problem, he achieved his wet dream of being with MJ, Zeb Wells won. Is Zeb Wells a worse villain than Thanos?

What sucks is I love the beginning with Norman trying to fit back into society and struggling and trying to help peter out of guilt for hurting him so much by giving him things like his new suit but everything else sucks instead of focusing on the best parts it focuses on the worst and it sucks for it I love Norman in the beginning and it's sad to see him wasted

​ Alright there's one thing you must know is that J jonah jameson should have had his story ended sooner like in the life story annual in which his unhealthy obsession towards taking down Spider-Man because he perceives that there's something menacing hidden in his actions on his eyes that caused him to create Scorpion in the first place and when that failed because a scientist he hired that he bankrolled the experiment died he is then racked with guilt over that choice he made but he simply unable to let go decides to then do the same mistake over by ordering another scientist and inventor to create him a Spider Slayer that is capable of bringing down Spider-Man as a twisted sense of peace over what happened before but that failed too he even got saved by the one he despises he even tried to have the police arrest him over getting protection from them over Scorpion he was even questioned by them over his involvement with either of them until eventually George Stacy who was gonna retire from his line of duty steps in and arrests him because Scorpion confess that Jameson was behind his procedure and pain over for what he become due to his grudge against someone who is not technically the source of his problem no he is so he is sent to jail over his actions but his unwavering vendetta against Spider-Man is still something is grasping into on which would be proven to be his undoing as his argument with his son does not end well as John can simply see that is rashional impulses is due to the fact that he is simply wrongly taking his grief out of his mother's death that is not clearly a fault of someone that put him in there as he was unable to separate between the criminal who took his wife away and spider man so his son left because he was in over his head he is then well with a sense of guilt over what he has done to push his son away when was luckily to save by the hero he idolize that he couldn't do until he befriends Norman in there things however got much worst when Osborn manipulated him into furthering up his vendetta on Spider-Man due to a recent report on Gwen's death like his son before his argument with Peter leaves him having enough of his bs nonsense over Spider-Man being the source of the problem with he is the one so Peter abruptly ends the call having enough of his babble leaving Jameson another burned bridge until he is then interviewed by a psychiatrist on his problem until he can no longer stomach over the thoughts of his dead wife, having destroyed what's left of his family and unfairly taking his grief out of someone he barely even knows until then he stops doing that and starts hating himself for what he has done in his miserable life all he had is his memoirs about himself and what he thought Spider-Man was unfortunately his cellmate Norman would go on to die after his son Harry had died due to that unfortunate Shocking revelation he died because of his actions that he couldn't be fully accept what his action that caused so Jameson for the majority of his life almost spends in prison what the crime he unwillingly committed in the first place then he gets a letter from Norman that which sends him to a warehouse where there's an updated Spider Slayer robot that he made for Jameson to get his revenge on the hero that put him in jail for years as he is old and weak now but rather than tempt himself to do it again he decides to let it go finally decides to put an end over Scorpion the monster he made in the first place instead though his battle with Scorpion ultimately culminated in him realizing that he fought all his way back to the top of the building of Daily Bugle that he has not seen in years that stressful revelation causes him to have a severe heart in which kills him with an final apology to his words being one with some people that he mess up sparsely attend his funeral given the fact that he wasted his time on hating the one man who is not who he thinks of him and being unable to confront his inner flaws and demons until it was too late sadly though his new lease on life after finally coming to the terms that Spider-Man was not the cause of his problems but himself he starts to realized that he is technically his own worst enemy that he now hates himself for but because of what he did he is fully unable to repair his relationship that he pushed away because of his unchecked ego and anger getting the best of him that inevitably kills him if something like this was to be the end of the 616 version then let it be considering that I hated him so much with passion I just wanted him to die for mistreating Spider-Man in the first place I just wanted it be intregeated soon though whaddya think of that annual though stash you get that right I do not like him as much as everyone else does I prefer Perry White over him at least he never rights a negative articles about Superman though he openly supports his heroic deeds unlike Jameson to Spider-Man yknow? He pretty much deserves what he's got for mistreating for years and even his sorry ass apology won't make me or someone else accept what he did it was wrong and he knows it

I love the names of Peter's kids Richard because it was also his dad's name and May because Aunt May anyways having Harry start off as good guy Green Goblin before we get to the villain side of things is a nice touch as I've always anted to see Peter and Harry work as a superhero duo plus we have Gwen and Uncle Ben back.

Great video and excellent coverage of the two issues. I've been a Marvel comics fan since 1969. Three cartoons got me interested in DC and Marvel Comics. "The Super Powers" cartoon with Superman, Superboy, Aquaman, and Batman & Robin as the main heroes of the show that ran from 1966 to 1969 (later replaced by The "Superfriends" Cartoon that ran from 1973 to 1986), The "Marvel Heroes" cartoon with Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, and Namor The Sub Mariner that ran from 1966 to 1968 and the "Spider-Man" (1967) cartoon that ran from 1967 to 1970. My top three favorite Marvel Comics characters are "The Amazing Spider-Man" (was there any doubt), "Captain America", and "Daredevil". Before I begin my comment regarding Captain America, I'm going to make a prediction, if "Wolverine and Deadpool" is as successful as forecasted, one of the upcoming Tom Holland Spider-Man films will be "Spider-Man and DareDevil" with Charlie Cox. Now to Captain America. It was great for MNStash to briefly show the cover of the 1st appearance of Captain America. That issue was published by Timely Comics, done by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby (yes Jack Kirby, 20 years before his time at Marvel). Captain America Comics # 1 was released to the public on December 20, 1940, with a cover listing March 1941. This was a year before the US entered WWII. There was a 15 Chapter Serial, as the serials were called back in the 1940s and that was in theatres starting on February 6, 1944, and re-released on September 30, 1953. When the serial was 1st released, TV was only a concept and only the very affluent people had access to the medium. If you have a copy of this comic in mint condition, the comic is worth an estimated $2 Million. The comic sold over a million comics. Marvel would wish for this kind of comic book sales today. Then Captain America became part of the "All-Winners Squad" in Captain America Comics # 59. This was Timely Comics' 1st superhero team and a predecessor to the later Marvel Superhero Team "The Invaders". The team made only two appearances in "All Winners Comics # 19 & # 21" in Fall 1946. No issue # 20 was made. The original Captain America run's final issue was "Captain America Comics # 75" in February 1950. Marvel decided to bring back the character in Avengers # 4 in March 1964 as MNStash showed the issue's cover. Then as MNStash covers the "Tales of Suspense #s 80 and 81, this is the beginning of solo Captain America stories and his team-up with Ion Man. Then in "Avengers # 71", December 1969, the later version of the "All-Winners Squad" "The Invaders" appeared. Captain America was also instrumental in introducing the 1st African American Superhero "The Falcon" in Captain # America # 117 in September 1969. The series became "Captain America and The Falcon" starting with issue # 134 and lasting seven and a half years as that title. That happened over 53 years ago. So when these activists claim there were no Black Superheroes and we need more, that isn't correct. At around the same time in 1972, Marvel introduced "Luke Cage Power Man" and DC introduced "John Stewart" as an alternate Green Lantern to Hal Jordan. I went into this long comment to show the rich History of Captain America who came out a couple of years after DC's Superman and Batman. All three characters have been around for over 4 generations. Wouldn't it be nice to go back and read when Superman and Batman 1st met? In "Superman #76" in 1952. Or the 1st appearance of Superboy and Supergirl? More Fun Comics # 101 in January - February 1945 and "Action Comics # 252" in May 1959 respectively. Sure, some of the Golden Age and Silver Age comics are dated, and corny, and don't reflect modern audiences or our society today, but most have great stories and are worth reading. Not like most of the garbage DC and Marvel produce today. I encourage reading all the back issues of Captain America up until about 2011 when the 1st MCU movie came out "Captain America The First Avenger". It means a lot to me to see a young man like MNStash cover comics from the Silver Age. It means these comics are appreciated by today's young generation. Keep up the great work MNStash and I know someday you'll reach 100,000 subscribers. I really love the classic Stan Lee and jack Kirby stories, like old school X-men, avengers and especially fantastic four always make me smile and their stories are clever and timeless, I’m happy to see someone else love this era of comics as well! And I love cap, he’s a great character and modern writers mock may him but he will always be a great symbol of what American pop culture can be 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙂

I started reading Captain America 2002 relaunch or reboot or new issue number one... And I got hooked. Spider-Man is my favourite Marvel character but as you said it there are other good one to pick from and have a blast reading them. Captain America is one of them. His stories are full of life and intrigue and are amazingly page turners. You wont stop. I recommend picking up older comics cause the new ones are just mediocre.

Stan Lee and Jack Kirby gave us some of the best of the best! No one tops the dream team!

Well, a new announcement from Marvel. Joe Kelly will be taking over "ASM" in the fall, and his 1st story arc is going to be 8 Deaths of Spider-Man a 10-issue Arc. The other writer will be Justina Ireland who wrote the "Blood Hunt" event/arc and wrote the Star Wars Books relating to the High Republic. Also, the book will have Ed McGuinness and Gleb Melnikov. Ireland is another DEI hire, woke, SJW, who talks about misogyny and racism and is another talentless hack. Her blood hunt event is awful. This is being done because there hasn't been as much hype regarding Joe Kelly taking over "ASM" Why would there be, he's one of the buffoons who wrote "BND" back in 2007. Why would I get excited about Kelly taking over the writing? This sounds like a disaster to me. A writer who wrote "Star Wars High Republic" books no one bought or wanted to read. As some of the other commenters have already pointed out on other TH-cam channels, this is a "Trojan Horse" where Kelly is just putting his name on the comic and Justina Ireland is going to the actual writer. Jeez! What a joke! It's like what Steven Spielberg does these days. Puts his name as the Executive Producer in the opening credits, but had minimal input in the movie. Of course, this 10-issue arc probably won't have any of Peter Parker's personal life or love interest in this arc. I'm glad you review these comics in your videos so I don't have to read them. I wouldn't waste my money on this garbage. Spider-Man isn't Star Wars, but who knows there could be a crossover with "The Acolyte" and Spider-Man in one of these upcoming issues. WWWHHHOOOPPPEEE!! TBH, I always wanted Spider-Man to meet Luke Skywalker, but I guess we'll get Rey Skywalker instead. Can't wait. It's increasingly harder and harder to keep from checking out on "ASM". Moving forward, I'll only comment after watching your future videos. It's just these announcements are terrible and wanted to get your opinion on these announcements. I have never been a Marv Wolfman fan, but one thing Wolfman is good at. He was always the best character in comics. (His stuff can be too weird for me.) ( There is one thing that I don’t go on rant about. But let's say if you don’t like a character, just don’t use it and let others have it. Then say this character should not even exist. Does Zeb just think that Superheroes are the most disappointing people on the planet. They try to save the day and get none of the awards for it. I guess police officers, Fire fighters, and doctors must be the most depressed people on the planet then.

I just wanted to add one more comment about the Joe Kelly rumor about his future tenure as the "ASM" writer. My main concern is every new writer will take "ASM" in a new direction. No commitment to continuity. What "ASM" needs is a writer who's committed to writing "AsM" for 5 years or at least 3 years. This way there is a direction for the comic. In the old days, writers came and went in the comic, but the storyline was similar between the writers. Today, writers retcon the previous writer's storyline and take the book into a completely new storyline. This was the case when Zeb Wells retconned everything Nick Spencer did in the previous volume. Is this the future of "ASM"? Will Joe Kelly retcon the Zeb Wells storyline? Kelly will establish a new storyline for 18 months, and then the next writer retcons Kelly's storyline. The new writer starts Peter Parker in another storyline for a couple of years only to be retconned again when the next writer comes on board to write "ASM". This isn't a good business strategy from the Editorial Staff at Marvel. However, they've been a bunch of buffoons since "OMD/BND", and that includes writer Joe Kelly. What a disaster this is. I know Dok likes Joe Kelly, but as a writer for "ASM", he;'s abysmal. Now under his tenure on "ASM", the comic is going to be funny. Isn't it funny in a bad way already? Jeez! What a joke! I'm done following this garbage. Why get invested in this comic when you know whatever storyline runs for 1 year to two is only going to be retconned by a new writer who BTW will reboot the comic with a new volume and a new # 1 issue. WHHHOOOOPPPEEE!!!

Hey MNStash. Rumors circulating, that Joe Kelly is going to be an 18-month temporary assignment writing "ASM" until the writer who Marvel wants to write "AsM" becomes available. Then Marvel will reboot "ASM", probably with a new volume #1 issue. Yikes! Unfortunately, the foreseeable future is looking very bleak to me. There's no long-term commitment to continuity or anything positive for that matter. The comic is destined for mediocrity or worse. It's a shame. I won't even follow the comic by then, Who cares to follow such garbage for the next few years at least. I hope "USM" stays the course, so I have something to look forward to reading. Cheers.

Hey MNStash, I hope all is well this week. I keep forgetting to review the "Spider-Man Unlimited (SU") comic. Spoiler alert. This comic is supposed to be in the same continuity as "ASM". I reviewed up to issue # 42. Issue # 43 was released last week on 6/25, but isn't on any website yet. In this comic, I think the overall storyline in SU is trash like "ASM". Even though I like the new character Linda Locke/Webhead for Peter Parker/Spider-Man, they had to make her non-binary because she didn't want a name expressing her gender, and I know Marvel won't put these two together in that book. They always find a way to ruin Peter Parker's personal life. I'd like to see Spidey with The Black Cat since I'm a SpiderCat fan, but this new character, Mockingbird, or even Firestar would make a great girlfriend for Peter. It's time to move on from MJ, as Zeb Wells has ruined MJ and Peter's relationship, and I don't think Joe Kelly will bring them back together when he takes over "ASM". I'm open to Peter having a superheroine girlfriend who also compliments him. This new character could work if done correctly. Have you read this comic? We might have touched upon this book months ago, but it might have only been in passing. It isn't easy to keep up with these alternate Spider-Man comics because you'd think the book might have been canceled. "SU" is made by Infinity Comics. Let me know your thoughts. I will be honest: Zeb Wells is the Real-life Mephisto of Comics. Spider-Man already had a harsh life trying to be a superhero and saving the city. The Creator said " Nah I don't like this" and Let's add more poison. Guess What Spiderman gets cucked twice exactly and yeah it's devastating at this point. Spiderman should be having kids and having a family. Therefore you get Spider "Man" not Man-child-like. Make Miles go be Spiderman at that point.
