This meditation is amazing. I discovered infidelity in my marriage and went to think in my special spot down by the lake. I am so so happy I choose your video. Your focus on the love and light and even sweet memories actually made me feel my hurt but also remind me all the good that really matters to me. This was not the end of my relationship but an evolution. We are both human, not broken. I can appreciate that he is also human who makes mistakes. I followed it up with your Healing for the Heart video which really quantifies the duality of our emotions…. Thank you for helping myself and so many others - my heart is with you all as well in our journeys
I was on a verge of panicking attack this guy went from being so sweet, reassuring and our vibe together was inspiring and beautiful safe and now it’s to a “oh ill text when I can then when he does text after 2-3 days has gone by it hey I been thinking of you like dude f*** that I am worth more that to be sweetly played I want mine to want to check on me and be infatuated by me and get to know me not half way it it’s cool thanks I was in panic attack because I’m healing but this helped guide me thanks and ladies remember your worth please yall are unforgettable :)
We broke up yesterday and saw each other for a last conservation today. It hurt a lot because we broke because of circumstances out of our control. I love him ❤

I am going through heartbreak right now, reaching my hands out to imagine my ex partner, showed me I did as much as I could with the relationship I was given. I was kind, gentle and respectful. I am proud of myself for trying my best. I also wish him the best as a simple reminder we are all human.

That was not your last heartbreak, that was not your last love, that was not your last pain, that was not your last breath, that was not your last tear, that was not your last laugh, that was not your last somber call, that was not your last new friend, that was not your last brush with the void, that was not your last brush with the wondrous. This is just the beginning, and the aches will come. The crying will come, but so will the laughter and the joy, the love, and the light. This is not your last dream. This is your first moment, and it is eternal.

I've really benefitted from your _"Meditation for heartbreak: gentle guided deep breathing exercise to heal the heart"_ video. This one though, I'm not ready for yet. Imagining myself and the girl who left me in a bright light and reflecting on everything that was good about our relationship was much too painful.

Questions for anyone who is willing to answer. I want to see people’s view points on this. Do you think it’s possible to heal in the same place that hurt you? Do you think it’s possible to try to “make it work” or fall back in love with someone if a person is doing the necessary work? Or should the person who is trying to do the work to make things right in the relationship just move on because maybe it’s not meant to be?
