    Greetings everyone! I’m receiving many comments on my meditations saying that the ads are distracting. I just wanted to reiterate that none of my videos have been monetized to avoid ads being placed within the practices. However, depending on the membership you have with TH-cam you are more or less likely to have ads place in the meditations. This is out of my control.     I finally worked my way up to 30 minutes every day this past week for the MBSR body scan and just discovered this one! I was apprehensive about doing it for so long but have found I am enjoying it more as I increase the length and I'm excited to try 45 minutes this week. thank you Dora

      Six or seven ad interruptions otherwise good.

    Great practice, but adverts every five minutes render it pretty much pointless.

    I would suggest 1 foot at a time
