  • The body scan is a foundational, formal practice of the MBSR program. This exercise includes more prompting and guidance for beginners.

    As a mindfulness artist, Dora creates and holds space for individuals to explore different expressions of presence.     Greetings everyone! I’m receiving many comments on my meditations saying that the ads are distracting. I just wanted to reiterate that none of my videos have been monetized to avoid ads being placed within the practices. However, depending on the membership you have with TH-cam you are more or less likely to have ads place in the meditations. This is out of my control.     I finally worked my way up to 30 minutes every day this past week for the MBSR body scan and just discovered this one! I was apprehensive about doing it for so long but have found I am enjoying it more as I increase the length and I'm excited to try 45 minutes this week. thank you Dora

    Great practice, but adverts every five minutes render it pretty much pointless.

    I would suggest 1 foot at a time
