growing gratitude for our bodies: body scan meditation

  • a recorded version of the live session from november 19th.
    this is a gentle gratitude practice taking time to honor and acknowledge the different parts of our bodies with compassion, awareness and appreciation.
    if you experience anxiety and find it hard or challenging to focus on the different parts of the body, you can also follow along to this meditation with a journal and pen and write a list of gratitude for each part of the body as we scan.
    sometimes body scans can be quite triggering and activating so please do what feels best for you and your body.
    may all beings who engage in this practice experience equanimity and bountiful peace and blessings.

    This one definitely hit. Sadly I don’t have my headspace subscription anymore but I’m so grateful you have a TH-cam! I come here whenever I need to meditate now. Thank you for existing 💙💙
