    I seen you posted this and I was excited to watch but I was procrastinating out of the fear.
    It’s been 3 and a half months since my breakup/no contact, and tho I feel I have grown, and felt a internal shift, and changed for the better in so many ways, I still struggle with forgiving myself for hurting someone I genuinely love deeply.
    I keep going back to feelings of guilt and shame, I try to forgive myself and be at peace with the situation but it is difficult and it does take time and practice. I’m working on forgiving myself, loving myself, and building my confidence back up.
    I just want you to know how much I appreciate you Dora and all of the work you do, and what a difference it makes. Sincerely, thank you 🙏🏼
