  • breathwork has the ability to bring about transformational change in our minds and bodies. intentional breathing allows us to connect, witness and experience all our different emotions. with mindful breathing, as we shift our focus to the breath, this moment of choice can help to re-instill a sense of hope because in that moment, we're reminded of the control we have control over where our minds go.
    breathwork can help us to go a little bit deeper, to uncover the story of our bodies, and connect to a deeper wisdom, that we all have access to…underneath the stories of the mind, the narratives we’ve been telling ourselves, there’s more waiting to be found..
    so as you arrive to this practice, wanting to tend to your heart, wanting to ease heartache or heartbreak, may this choice to be here, be a reminder of your innate power to heal yourself.

    We broke up yesterday and saw each other for a last conservation today. It hurt a lot because we broke because of circumstances out of our control. I love him ❤

    I cant believe how good this made me feel. I was so overwhelmed, so heartbroken and an hour after doing this breathing exercise with you, i felt and still feel so relieved, there's so much peace in my heart and mind right now. Thanks you so much sis ❤

    I was on a verge of panicking attack this guy went from being so sweet, reassuring and our vibe together was inspiring and beautiful safe and now it’s to a “oh ill text when I can then when he does text after 2-3 days has gone by it hey I been thinking of you like dude f*** that I am worth more that to be sweetly played I want mine to want to check on me and be infatuated by me and get to know me not half way it it’s cool thanks I was in panic attack because I’m healing but this helped guide me thanks and ladies remember your worth please yall are unforgettable :)
