  • Experience deep relaxation and reconnect with your breath and body in this 10-minute guided meditation. Mindfulness meditation can support us in learning how to work with stress by developing a relationship to our bodies.
    The awareness of breath and body meditation invites us to steady our attention and and cultivate a non-judgmental attitude of the present moment. If we can meet the present moment with curiosity and compassion, we're able to meet all other moments with less reactivity and more responsivity. By witnessing the coming and going of the breath and physical sensations in the body, we start to realize the impermanent nature of all things.
    MBSR is an 8-week psychoeducational program that teaches meditation and mindfulness as a health intervention. Founded by author, scientist and practitioner, Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, MBSR encourages and invites individuals to explore and develop a different relationship to stress.

    As a mindfulness artist, Dora creates and holds space for individuals to explore different expressions of presence. Her mindfulness journey began over 10 years ago, in search of inner peace and harmony. Since then, she has led workshops, events and retreats, as a part of her life’s purpose to create sacred, safe spaces for healing and transformation. With a background in Psychology and Psychiatric nursing, her love for human psyche, science and ancient healing practices inform her teachings and techniques. Dora is also a meditation teacher at Headspace, a leading mindfulness and meditation app, making the world a happier and healthier place.
