Riding the Keikyū Bus from Jōgashima to Misakiguchi Sta.
The Keikyū Line runs from Tokyo to Yokohama and Yokosuka, with Misakiguchi Station being its farthest terminus. From Misakiguchi Station, you can take a Keikyū Bus to Jōgashima, an island at the tip of the Miura Peninsula. Beyond the island is Sagami Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Jōgashima is a natural breakwater and is surrounded by Misaki Port, a large fishing port.
From The Misaki port, a lot of seafood are transported to the Tokyo area. There are many delicious seafood restaurants here.
This video shows the view from the window of a Keikyū bus from Jōgashima via Misaki Port to Misakiguchi Station.

In Japan, transit buses often pass through bus stops if there are no passengers getting on or off. Of course, if there is traffic congestion, the bus cannot operate according to the timetable.
Note: Since the chapter function of TH-cam is confused, ":" is omitted from the departure and arrival times of bus and train, please note that. All bus and train departure and arrival times are in JST (Japan Standard Time, UTC+9).

The JR Itsukaichi Line, located in the western suburbs of Tokyo, opened as a private railway in 1925, but was nationalized in 1944. It is currently owned and operated by JR East.
Imagine this is your daily train to work :) But I am surprised that this train is so slow. I always thought that trains in Japan were fast. I know that is a suburban train, but in my country, Poland (which is much poorer and less developed than Japan), suburban trains are about twice as much faster. How is that possible? 🤔
This video was shot with a telephoto lens, so it looks slow. The two videos below are rapid trains on the same route, but the sense of speeds are completely different, but the time required is almost the same. What is the name for all the hand signals by the train driver?
Shisakannko)Pointing and Calling In Japan, this method is used to ensure the reliability and safety of procedures not only in railways but also in various fields such as construction.
Congratulations from Romania !
Thanks for your comment.
Japan to get the People to get 🌹🥀
It is meter gauge train.
It must be cool to live in Japan. There are nice places.
Outstanding ❤
A fascinating railway. Why are the catenary poles so heavy and so many of them?
So, do local (non-limited express) trains go further west from Shinjuku/Tokyo? Or changing trains at Tachikawa is the only option?
Please change to another local train at Takao Station.

Those tunnels are quite wide for narrow gauge!
Is it 2 foot 6 inch (762 mm) gauge railways? 48 km only.
No, It's 1,067 mm (3 ft 6 in).
@@cthitorikamonen2874 Thanks for answer. Total 22 km, of which 15 km are electrified. So, a toy for tourists. Nice.
I'm astonished that anyone could build a railway in that beautiful, mountainous region.
Some serious flat spots on those wheels!
What's that strange noise? It sounds like a woman having an orgasm...weird and funny at the same time...Nice ride, beautiful Japan.
You need new camera. Anyway, video is amazing! Thank you.
I think you're right. Thank you for your advice. After taking this video, I dropped my camera and broke it. I might buy a GoPro too.
I enjoy your scenic train cab rides. Thank you!
Thanks for your comment.
Wonderful video, but why does it sound like a steam engine with small drive wheels?
On this day, they even used old and damaged spare cars for the railway festival held at Yokose Station. These cars were later renovated and became dining cars.
Might be quicker to walk!
It's like a full-size model train layout.
In Japan, N scale (9mm) is more common than HO scale (16.5m), and the railway models are also smaller. thanks for your comment.
Japan Is the train oriented country. Its strickly scheduled. So the people of Japan posses a good discipline
Thanks for your comment.
Seeing this mess of poles and overhead wires one does not believe to be in the country of the shinkansen.
Seibu Railway made a huge failure in real estate development 30 years ago, and is still paying off debt. Therefore, it is difficult to update the equipment. Thanks for your comment.
Must have been a truly incredibly route when it was steam powered.
The Seibu Chichibu Line opened in 1969 and has been electrified since its opening, but unfortunately, steam locomotives have never run on it. Thanks for your comment.
There are 2 things that I find odd about that line. One is the stub tracks that aren't long enough to even store a single car. The other is the position light signals like the Pennsylvania Railroad, especially since they have color light signals too.
1. The stub track is built with the idea that if a train runs out of control, it is better to hit a buffer stop than to be hit by another train. 2. Seibu Railway uses 5-light signals because there are lines that are crowded with many trains. Although it may not be necessary for the Seibu Chichibu Line, the signal system has been unified.
